Payment: A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) must accompany all reservations. 

           Rates: As listed on the website, the nightly rates are based on double occupancy, with a listed maximum occupancy per tipi, which includes children.  A nightly $25 per child (0-15 years of age) fee will be charged over the double occupancy rate.

           Pets:  We welcome your furry family member! A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per night will apply on all reservations that include pets. The maximum number of pets allowed per cabin is one. Pets must weigh no more than 25 lbs., be kept on a leash at all times, be non-aggressive and may not bark excessively. Pets may not be left unattended.  Owners are responsible to pick-up after their pet’s while on the grounds. Poop-bags will be available.  Out of consideration for our other guests, excessively loud or disruptive dogs will have to leave the hotel without refund. 

           Cancellations: All cancellations must be made personally by telephone, then followed up with a cancellation e-mail. You must receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail in order to consider your reservation cancelled. Weather conditions do not constitute an exception to the cancellation policies. Cancellations made 15 days or more before your stay will forfeit 50% of the total reservation. Cancellations within 0 - 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. 

           Children: Children under 13 must be supervised at all times by an adult (21). Parents or guardians are responsible for all minors under 18.

           Smoking: All tipis, reception tent and grounds are non-smoking. A designated area is provided on the grounds for smoking. Smokers, please use this area only and use the provided receptacle for your cigarette butts. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is a fire hazard.

           Fires: For the safety of our guests and wildlife, no fire, lit candles, incense, or tobacco items are allowed inside the tipis. Campfires outside of the tipis will be maintained and monitored by the staff.  Every tipi is equipped with a fire extinguisher.   

           Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10PM-8AM.

           Internet Service: Internet service in this location is not guaranteed.

           Check-in: Check-in is at 3PM-8PM. Please contact us to make arrangements outside of this time frame.

           Check-out: Check out promptly by 11 am.

           Damages: Damaged, or missing items within the tipis, will be billed to your credit card.

           Lost / Left Behind Items: Shipping charges will apply if you request us to package and ship your items left behind.

           Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

           Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it can not be read over the internet.

           Weather: The summer weather in Gardiner is generally pleasant.  Heaters are provided, however, please bring warm and waterproof clothing should the weather turn chilly. Should cancelation be necessary in the event of an extreme weather occurrence, you will receive full cancelation except $25 for prepaid booking fees.

           Food Safety/Garbage:  Picnicking at the hotel is a beautiful way to enjoy the grounds.  Due to the close proximity of wild animal life, food storage must be in bear-proof containers.  Any leftovers, wrappers, disposable plates or utensils must be disposed of immediately after use in the bear-proof trash cans provided on site.  Please do not leave any food or food related trash in the tipi.

           Emergencies:  Please dial 911 for emergencies.  For other concerns please dial the 24-hour on-site manager line found on your receipt as a representative will be on-site at all hours.  

           OUTDOOR SAFETY: Every effort will be made to secure and make safe all facilities under our management. For your safety, we comply with Yellowstone National Park rule:Do not approach wildlife, no matter how tame or calm they appear. Always obey instructions from park staff on scene. 

You must stay at least 100 yards (91 m) away from bears and wolves and at least 25 yards (23 m) away from all other large animals - bison, elk, bighorn sheep, deer, moose, and coyotes.  Do not feed any animals. It harms them and it is illegal
